1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sat Sai Infocom website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Sat Sai Infocom provides web design, software development, API development, mobile app development, SEO, and related digital services. The scope and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Sat Sai Infocom retains the right to use the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% advance before project commencement and the balance upon delivery. Late payments may attract interest.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sat Sai Infocom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
