Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Effective immediately

Digital-only delivery: Sat Sai Infocom provides exclusively digital services. There is no physical shipping of any product. All deliverables — websites, applications, source code, design files, reports, and credentials — are delivered electronically.

1. Nature of Delivery

All services offered by Sat Sai Infocom are intangible, digital deliverables. Depending on the service purchased, delivery may include:

  • A live website or web application deployed to your domain/server
  • Source code and project files shared via GitHub, GitLab, or secure file transfer
  • Mobile app builds (APK / IPA) delivered via email or a shared drive link
  • API documentation, Postman collections, and integration guides
  • Design assets (Figma files, exported images, brand kits)
  • SEO reports, audit documents, and strategy sheets
  • Software installers, database scripts, or admin credentials

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the time of project scoping and are documented in your project agreement. As a general reference:

Landing / Brochure Website

3–7 business days after content & design approval

Full Business Website (5–15 pages)

2–4 weeks depending on complexity and content readiness

E-Commerce Platform

4–8 weeks including payment gateway integration and product setup

Mobile Application (iOS & Android)

6–16 weeks depending on feature set; Play Store / App Store submission is a separate timeline governed by the respective platforms

Custom API / Software

4–12 weeks depending on scope; final delivery is milestone-based

SEO / Digital Marketing

Initial audit delivered within 5 business days; ongoing deliverables on a monthly cycle

Shop / Package Products

Access or credentials delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation

Note: Timelines begin from the date all required inputs (content, brand assets, access credentials, feedback) are received from the client. Delays caused by missing client inputs do not constitute a breach of our delivery commitment.

3. Milestone-Based Delivery

For larger projects, delivery is structured in milestones agreed upon at the start of the engagement. A typical milestone structure looks like:

  1. Kickoff & Discovery — Project brief, sitemap, wireframes
  2. Design Phase — UI mockups, brand alignment, client approval
  3. Development Phase — Core functionality, integrations, staging deployment
  4. Testing & QA — Bug fixes, cross-browser / device testing, performance checks
  5. Final Delivery — Live deployment, credential handover, documentation

Each milestone is signed off by the client before the next phase begins. Payment for each milestone is due as per the agreed schedule.

4. How Deliverables Are Shared

  • Email — Credentials, reports, small files, and completion notices
  • GitHub / GitLab — Source code repositories (private repo access granted to client)
  • Google Drive / Dropbox — Design files, videos, large assets
  • Staging URL — Preview of the live site before final deployment
  • Direct server deployment — If we have SSH / cPanel / FTP access to your hosting

5. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all content, brand assets, and requirements within 3 business days of request
  • Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of sharing
  • Provide server/hosting access promptly when deployment is required
  • Designate a single point of contact for feedback and approvals

Delays caused by the client's unavailability will extend the delivery timeline by the equivalent number of days without any penalty on Sat Sai Infocom.

6. Third-Party Platform Timelines

Certain deliverables depend on third-party approval processes outside our control:

  • Google Play Store — App review typically takes 1–7 days
  • Apple App Store — App review typically takes 1–3 business days, but may be longer for first-time submissions
  • Domain propagation — DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate globally
  • Payment gateway activation — Razorpay / Stripe merchant activation may take 2–5 business days

We will keep you informed of the status at each stage and are not responsible for delays caused by these third-party platforms.

7. Delivery Confirmation

A project is considered delivered when:

  • The deliverable is deployed/shared and the client is notified via email
  • The client provides written sign-off, or does not raise concerns within 5 business days of delivery notification

Silence after 5 business days is treated as implicit acceptance of the deliverable for billing purposes.

8. Issues with Delivery

If a delivered item does not match the agreed scope or specifications, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve genuine discrepancies at no additional cost. Requests for features or changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately.
