Refund Policy

Summary: We offer fair refunds based on the stage of your project. Advance payments are refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not commenced. Once work begins, refunds are calculated on completed work. Read the full policy below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Sat Sai Infocom provides digital services including web design & development, mobile app development, API development, software solutions, SEO services, and AI-powered application development. All services are customised, time-bound, and delivered digitally. There is no physical product involved.

2. Advance Payment

As stated in our project agreements, we typically require a 50% advance payment before project commencement. This advance confirms the project scope and reserves our team's bandwidth.

3. Eligibility for Refund

  • Full Refund: If you cancel within 7 calendar days of making the advance payment and no work has commenced, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: If work has commenced but the project is less than 30% complete (as mutually agreed), a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work, time spent, and any third-party costs incurred.
  • No Refund: Once a project is more than 30% complete, or after the final deliverable has been delivered and approved, no refund shall be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain registration and hosting fees paid to third-party providers
  • Third-party software licences, API subscriptions, or plugin fees purchased on your behalf
  • Rush/priority processing fees
  • Any service for which final delivery has been made and client sign-off received

5. Shop / Digital Products

Products purchased through our online shop (service packages, maintenance plans, etc.) are non-refundable once access, credentials, or deliverables have been provided. If a digital product is found to be materially different from what was advertised, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at tech@satsaiinfo.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]"
  2. Include your invoice number, payment date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

7. Razorpay Payments

Payments made via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's refund processing timelines (typically 5–7 business days after initiation). Sat Sai Infocom does not have control over Razorpay's internal processing time. UPI refunds may reflect within 2 business days; card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on the issuing bank.

8. Disputes

We believe in resolving all disputes amicably. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
