No. We quote a fixed price upfront that covers all agreed deliverables. Any change in scope is discussed and quoted separately before implementation — no surprise bills.

We can help you choose and set up hosting (we recommend Hetzner or DigitalOcean for most projects) and handle the server configuration. We do not lock you into our hosting — you own all accounts. Optional managed hosting is available for an additional monthly fee.

Small text/content changes are often done free of charge. Feature additions and design changes are quoted separately. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 business hours.

Yes — our maintenance packages cover security updates, CMS/plugin updates, uptime monitoring, monthly backups, performance checks, and up to 2 hours of content changes per month. Pricing starts at ₹3,000/month.

Yes. On final payment, you receive full ownership of all source code, design files, and assets. We do not retain any license over your deliverables.
