1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item or request a refund for a service. To be eligible for a return, the item or service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or setup, where applicable.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item or service cancellation request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item or evaluating the service usage.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Non-Refundable Items/Services: Certain services or products may not be eligible for a refund. This includes services that have been fully completed and delivered, custom software, and any services or products that have been used or installed.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at satsaiinfo@gmail.com.
