1.1 Service-Based Cancellation

  • Refunds: If a cancellation request is received within the specified notice period, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees associated with the service.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This fee covers the time and resources already committed to your project.
  • Ongoing Services: For ongoing services, such as monthly subscriptions or retainer agreements, clients may cancel by providing 30 days’ written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.2 Product-Based Cancellation

  • Digital Products: Once a digital product or service has been delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review all digital orders carefully before making a purchase.
  • Physical Products: If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product before it has been shipped, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the product has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

2. Cancellation by Sat Sai Infocom

Sat Sai Infocom reserves the right to cancel a service or product under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel your service without prior notice.
  • Breach of Terms: If you violate any of the terms outlined in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your service immediately, with or without notice.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events), we may need to cancel or reschedule services. 3. Refunds and Credits

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds for canceled services will be processed according to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy and our Refund Policy.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain services or products, such as custom software or digital products, may not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation. Please review the specific service agreement or product description for details.
